So Where The Bloody Hell Are You?
I really love this ad. Puts a smile on my face. Didn’t realise the one we are playing on national tv was so highly edited!

Positivity, Enthusiasm, Eagerness
That’s what I need as it’s contagious.
Experience
Slightly slightly slightly less stress now when I talk to customers. The first day was totally horrible. I need to put in more effort and STOP PROCRASTINATING!
Anyways, work aside, I dropped my phone into the toilet phone today and nearly flushed it away. It is totally gross getting it out though the water is or seems clean.
Not working still. I’m Linda ButterFingers Chua.
Tough
I super screw up today. What I used to do easily in the past now seems like climbing Mount Everest.
Help!
Two Sides To Everything
Good – Lots of exciting things going on in my new job.
Bad – Stress is starting to set in now my training is almost over.
Lousy Food
Wanted to eat famous claypot rice at Clementi but it was closed by the time we reach there. We ended up going to Clementi central and ate at this Japanese eatery that sucks big time. Ordered their Tenzaru Soba Set, Chicken Teriyaki Set, Futo Maki and Tako. It was all horrible. Don’t ever try and it’s not as cheap as it should be. If I top-up a couple of dollars more, I can eat at Sakae already. I hate lousy food!
Too Early
I was too happy too early.
For the last month, to everyone’s answer if I will be getting a new office line at my new place, I was happily saying NO. I was so ecstatic to be giving up the office line. The end of customers invading my personal time. Though I was not expected or required to answer the customer’s call nor to reply the customer’s sms after office hours, I feel obligated to. When I do not as I am really sick of them bothering me on a Saturday night asking ‘Why is my credit card not working? Reply me now!’, I feel guilty and it weighs me down somehow that I’m ignoring my customer’s request. Isn’t it common sense that I am not a mobile banking hotline? Hence, the moment I put my office mobile line to rest on Thursday evening, I was overwhelmed with joy. It’s so tiring, heavy, troublesome to carry two handphones and I can finally only need to carry out O-N-E handphone!
However, the moment I sat down on my new seat at my new table at my new place, the administrator walked over and said “This is your transponder, please do not lose it, $100 replacement fee is applicable and you have to make a police report. This is your hanphone and SIM card.” My happiness kaputed out of the window.
The only consolation was, well, at least this time round, more calls coming through would mean more money.
